Student harrassment

Wow, I'm sorry to hear about it, and that it continues to occur with no one supporting you. In our district, (and perhaps it is a state law-I can check) we have a policy in which a teacher may have a child removed for severe problems until a hearing is convened with a crisis team made up of teachers, etc at the school, to decide upon a plan of action.
