I love Teacherweb because it's so easy. If you go to my webpage and click on the top border on any page (the flower pots) you will get the update page. You can see what it looks like and what you need to do to make changes. (You can't actually change my website because you need a password to have the changes take effect, but you can play).

I'm not familiar with Dream Weaver, but am with Front Page. It's pretty easy too, but you have to mainly do things from scratch. Techerweb has tons of templates and different kinds of pages.

The only downside is it is $27 a year. But it's worth it to me. :D
