Intro...

I just read the part about introducing yourself, so here goes! I have been teaching for 4 years in a primary school near Cambridge, England. I have taught reception, years 1 and 2 (4-7 age range)...I'd be interested to know which grades correspond to this in the U.S? I also have rersponsibility for Litercay and a 'management point' for assessment and monitoring in my school. I surfed into this site by accident and think it's great, there's nothing like this based in the U.K (to my knowledge!).
