Target Pocket Charts By CatZinnia

I visited Target today and did see all of the teacher supplies. I checked out the pocket charts and the fumes were very very strong. I caution anyone about using these as it has been found that polyvinyl chloride fumes are very toxic.

It is just that with so many children with respiratory problems I try to be sensitive as to what I use in the classroom.
