I have never used power teaching, but I plan to start this year. I'm also a little worried about coming up with all of these gestures. It seems a lot of it is just counting off a list of things though. I think the point is just to give them something to relate the information to.
I do not plan on using it all the time. I teach science and we do a lot of hands-on things, so I just plan to use it at the beginning of each class as we discuss our topic.
