Hello...first of all I am soo sorry to hear this..first of all while it may seem like you are stuck...I think there MUST be ways to change things...have you talked to your college prof. incharge of you...It sounds like you
are in a bad negative situation...
If you are forced to stay one thing to try might be to ask her if you can implement certain lessons...maybe start with one subject...tell her its a requirement for the student teaching to try to implement something new...see what she says..
if she is burnt out she may gladly let you take over...if so...it may be hard but a great learning experience

for you...
as far as the room...maybe shell let you redo some bulletin boards...tell her youd LOVE the practice and want to try to do a couple...maybe start with one on a particular theme...kids writing...thematic unit...something...
If she refuses to be flexible at all...you need to get out and into somewhere that you will learn...as a first year teacher I can tell you if you dont learn it now you will struggle that much more your first year...
be nice...really nice and ask permission...but nothing is wrong with asking...as long as you are nice about it...
I had 3 people in my cadre switch st placements..and they are soo happy they did...
It may even set you back some in time but in the long run it will be worth your frustation...
is the principal approachable...can you discuss your concerns with them...While your co-op is doing you a "favor" by letting you in her class...she also has responsiblities to train you and you deserve that much!!!
