Time Tests
By bockiee

Clip to ScrapBook
My first graders had 5 minutes to complete 100 problems. We took time tests once per week. To keep track of who is taking which test I had a pocket folder for each student. Each student would have a time test in their folder. When time was up students would put their completed tests back in their folder. After grading a time test I would either put a copy of the next time test in the folder or a copy of the same test in the folder (depending on how the student did). I also kept a large progress chart (similar to a grade book page) for the class with the class with the names written down the side and the tests written at the top. A Student received a sticker for the test when they passed the test.
