The think is, you represent youth, progression, etc when they are at the end of their careers and it is probably sad for them Really, if they retire, you would be a likely replacement.

Anyway, I met up with my coop and we chatted like long time friends. I think being with one adult like that 24 seven grates on a person's nerves. Luckily for me, my other coop was a wonderful mentor.
