I'm from CO also, and I not only have heard these, I have used them. (I have a bachelors and a masters in English, but I still slip easily into what I call my grandparent's dialect). I say:

    fixin' to
    I reckon
    take and _________
    up and ___________

I'm also comfortable (not in school) using ain't and double negatives, using them instead of they......I love the diversity of language. I just love that there are so many ways to express ourselves. I really shy away from "right" and "wrong" when it comes to grammar (outside of school).
