    Since I'm a 3rd grade teacher, my heart is there. I'd go with that for several reasons:

    1. 3rd grade is AWESOME!

    2. Co-teaching might be a great way to start your career. Assuming the other teacher is a good one, you could learn a lot without having to "feel your way around".

    However, if your instincts tell you otherwise, you need to go with that.
