HI! Just an idea...could you possibly explain your concern to the admin. and possibly see if they cant atleast try to help you out by giving you some sort of tutoring job on the side. Most schools have parents looking for tutors and they pay usually REALLY well (25-30 an hour)
Anyway, it will give you a little extra cash and keep you in the school system you like.
Another thing is, could you get them to agree in your contract that as soon as you pass..you go to salary and benefits...then you could just tutor to save alittle extra till you pass. Just a thought! good luck!
