I read your message and was very inspired, I too at 40 will be returning to school in the field of education(teaching). I had been thinking I'm going to be an older teacher, but I'll be an experienced teacher.One of my concerns is will I make a difference in some childs life , because theres so much concern now about unqualified teachers. From your experience , what is the making of a good teacher? I'm planning to teach middle or high school.
