Clip to ScrapBook
I have them in white baskets on shelves separated by series like Junie B., authors like Leo Lioni, animals like Bears, etc. I just looked at what I had and started making bins for them. I use regular 5160 Avery adress
labels that I type on the computer for the books in the right corner of the cover. I type two side by side on the same label. I have a TON of books so this was a big project, but was totally worth it.

On my basket it would say for example: "Junie B. Jones (JB)"
then on the book it would have a label that said "JB" for ones that are longer, but shorter ones like Bears just
say Bears on the labels and on the basket. I have taught 1st and 2nd grade and the kids are really good at putting them where they belong. If a few students get lazy I always notice kids saying, Hey, this doesn't go here, and they fix them for me ;)!
