know what you're going thru
By olivia

Clip to ScrapBook
i just wanted to let you know that i'm going thru the same thing. i had a great first experience with great reviews. then i got into this class and i basically drive home crying everyday. my teacher never reviews any of my
lessons with me. and if i do something wrong she will embarress me and point it out in front of the students, instead of waiting until later. she has even been so bold as to say that i am no good at teaching 3rd grade. which is fine because i want to teach 5-6 grade. but still, don't tell a beginning teacher who is unsure of herself that she isn't any good. would you call that a cooperating
teacher? atleast you went to your supervisor to talk about it. unlike me, i'm just surviving and counting down the days till i'm done. less than 7 to go! she'll be getting a review from me too at the end of all this. i hope to make it a point to show her how awful she has been to me. thank god, i had her second time around instead of my first 8 weeks. i think if i had started off with her, i would have quit teaching altogether. now isn't that a waste of 4 years!!! anyways, this is long. but good luck to all with bad cooperating teachers!
