I have been where you are.
By Margaret

Clip to ScrapBook
I stumbled onto your note today, and I had to write. I had a terible evaluation during student teaching myself, and I remember the pain of it. Right now I'm in my second year of teaching and though its incredibly difficult,
I think I have the best job in the whole world. All the things that got me into teaching are finally so clear and all the work is worth it. If this was your one and only student teaching experience and your only evaluation that will be on record, go above your faculty advisor's head. You need to have something good on paper for interviews.

What really saw me through my student

teaching, was imagining that someday I would invite the old bags to my teacher of the year ceremonies. You are still a wonderful teacher, you know that, and if they failed you, that is their problem, isn't it a shame we have to pay to recieve so little support?
