4th grade inclusion teacher

Hi there,
I am a reg ed teacher teaching in a inclusion setting and I love it. The sped teacher and I plan together and co-teach every day. There are times, esp during guided reading that we need to separate the kids and teach separatley, but otherwise we co-teach and plan together. We feel its a great way to teach and learn. The only thing that stinks is that out or 22 kids in our class, 10 of them are on IEP's. That is an insane and illegal ratio.
