I thought he was the fable guy but I'm guessing, from your question, that it's some sort of substitute employee dispatch system. We have an automated system where I am - it was brought in slowly in the middle of the last school year - and I absolutely love it. No more 6 am phone calls; no feeling sort of 'trapped' into going to a school you don't really want to go to (either because of the nature of the students or because of the distance). If I'm way off track here, sorry. But if that's what you are referring to, I'd love to discuss it further. I just love the fact that, finally, it gives us subs a bit of control.
