You are right that one simple gesture makes your day!!! The other day I was subbing in a school that I have been in for two years now and it was picture day...the principal asked me to be in the photo. I was so honored of course I accepted. It's nice when the teachers and administrators take time to make sure you are happy. These instances can keep you going long after the gesture is gone. Happy Subbing!!
