Wow, Bernice, good for you! That is definitely encouraging! Could you share your discipline/behavior ideas with the rest of us? I have hesitated to take any middle school sub jobs just because I have heard such horror stories about the kids' behavior at that age level. I love kids at that age, however, and I don't want to continue being such a chicken. Please share your teaching methods with us! Hope you continue to have great subbing days!BJ
