just a sub

This is my second year subbing, and I used to get the feeling that teachers thought oh yeah it is just the sub, but you know what, it is much better now. I have a full time job four days a week doing a pre-K class which I love. I am available on Friday's only, and I do admit that I am now very picky where and what grade level I do. But I went back to a school I had been to last year, and I had some of the kids that I had last year, they remembered me, and it was wonderful. You do make a difference, and I agree wholeheartedly, you get to meet so many wonderful children and we as subs have so many more to love. It is a rewarding job!!!!
