I am amazed at the money

I am amazed at the money you make. I realize that is in us dollars, therefore you could add 40% to the top, however in our district we start at 144.00 per day. That is with minimum education. I have a four year certificate. If I get my fifth year, which i will try to get slowly, my pay goes up about 10 dollars a day. If i sub 4 days or more in a row, we make 170.00 dollars per day...which i did once...nice treat...we did have an exchange student from the states last year and she did tell us that our rates were much higher. Perhaps your cost of living is less?
