In my district if a sub does anything that the Teacher didn't like they can write you up. I've never been written up so I don't know what exactly happens. I think you are given a warning by an administrator and if it is excessive they simply ask that you not be called as a sub anymore. Most teachers are very understanding, and are not concerned that every single thing does not get done. Whileothers are extremely uptight if you didn't do everything to their satisfation.
My district also has sub evaluation forms for the subs to fill out about the usefulness left by the teacher. However I think this is just a myth It sounds good at the sub orientation but I've never seen one of these forms myself.
