Clip to ScrapBook
It was my impression that when it came to confidentiality rules that information could be shared among educators ( for opinions and suggestionson dealing with a child) administrators and of course the parents. Someone commented that the aides in the class were not even allowed to know about a kid... My district may be breaking laws but that is specifically what the aide is there for...to help children who need that extra instruction. How can an aide do their job with out knowing anything about the child?
Special Ed is a whole different catagory.

I think these laws vary from state to state.
