Bells or no Bells all can work
By Phil

Clip to ScrapBook
I have worked at middle schools with bells and sometimes they are ridiculous. They have a warning bell then a bell to get to change classes and then another bell that you should be in class. As a sub you get confused, which bell is which?

In schools with no bells just pay attention to the clock and your watch - they aren't ever the same. My trick is - once I see another class in the hall being dismissed my class can go as well. The school knows you are a sub they don't expect you to know everything. Just look at your watch and wait for that last dismissal bell at 3:30.
