control the stinkers...

Hi Rebecca, and thanks a bunch for the suggestions. I especially like #3, which I intend to use next time I get a call to sub. I have had the same class a couple of times now, and there is one boy who continually gets out of his seat, disrupts the class, tries to be funny, etc., and I think he would quickly chalk up three checks, and I think if he were to actually get sent to the principal's office, he would straighten out pretty quickly. Any other great ideas? Sure could use some. I have enjoyed subbing so far (for the most part!) but feel that my classroom management skills need some sharpening.
