I think that is a very good idea! The other day I subbed and by the time I got to writing my note I realized that I left a few things out. I was looking on the internet for a generic form that could be left for the teachers but didnt find anything yet. Some things you can put are: terrific helpers, misbehaviors, what i didnt finish, any absent children, other things you may have taught. Let me know if you find anything else. I would love to make one myself.
