Hi Lore! It is great that you are leaving the teacher a report. There are some ready made ones in substitute teaching books, but basically I think most of us want to know if there were any problems. It is important to know if a student was disrespectful or non-compliant so that we can follow up on the episode and try to nip that kind of behavior in the bud. Also, if there were problems with understanding my plans, the seating chart, the schedule, etc. I would want to know so I could make things better for the next sub. Anything unusual that happened during the day and work that you were unable to cover should be noted, too. Keep up the good work! Peg
