"I Know My Dad"
By Phyllis

Clip to ScrapBook
I was never in school for Father's Day, but I created and used a sentence completion sheet entitled "I Know My Mother." It had unfinished statements like: (changed for dad)

His favorite place to spend time is ____
He
thinks the best place to eat out is __
I know he would order _____ if we went to eat there.
The car my dad would most like to have is a _______
The TV show Dad doesn't want to miss is___
The thing Dad likes best about me is ____
When Dad was a kid, he liked to____
Dad's favorite sport is ____
If Dad and Mom had an evening out, they would go to __
The place Dad
would most like to go on vacation is ___
Dad's favorite snack is ____
To exercise, Dad likes to ____
(You can make up enough to fill a page)

When I did this for Moms, they really enjoyed reading what their child said. It was given to them in a card.
