Lori, You will get called I qam betting next week.Especially since you are working for 4 different districts. My suggestion to you is to get up at 6am and just begin to get ready. If you are showered and hair and makeup done all you have to do is put on appropriate work clothes. If a call doesn't come in you are ready for your day anyway. Remember that you can be called in for 1/2 days also and those calls come in by lunch. Also you can call the "dispatcher" in the afternoon and see if he/she has any jobs for the next day. Then you know the night before and you can get a good nights sleep. I really know what you mean about sleeping and waiting for the phone to ring. Good Luck and remember the calls WILL start!
