Lunch with students

We have to eat in the cafeteria with the kids, but we eat at a separate table. Sometimes, that's the only time we have to visit as a grade level and our lunch period is only 20 min. But one of our AR prizes is lunch with the teacher. When they earn that we take our trays to our classroom and eat with them. They love it and it's nice to get to visit with them a little longer than a minute. :)
