Well, here in GA how i found out about it was going on our web site for our local Board of Education and they had it posted. I'm not sure of the requirements, this is my first time too!! I guess I was lucky to come across it so easily. The woman told me no experience is necessary, and they are having training classes. But, I'd check with the Board of Education where you live and see what they say!
