Just tell them the facts and don't worry. Enjoy your baby--that time is over before you know it. That's what I love about subbing, actually--I quit work and stayed home with my kids till they were in school full time and then I tried subbing--it is so flexible! I can't think of any other position in which I could work only the days I want and have summers off. Plus, it's never boring.
