Prinicipals are different

I have had a couple of different principals. One sat me down and discussed everything (great by the way) and asked if there were any questions. Like you, I didn't have any. It feels like you are put on the spot. Our new principal just puts it in our mailboxes with a slip for questions if any. So, don't worry as you are just like a thousand other teachers who don't have questions either. Be happy with your great evaluation and be glad that it's over until the next time.
