I think it's a GREAT idea! I've run a bookfair and it is a lot of work, get some reliable help lined up early. I love the read-a-thon! My daughter's school did that one year and I want to run one sometime myself....what a great way to raise funds...through literacy!!! Go for it and let us know how it turns out!
