evaluations
By mt

Clip to ScrapBook
We evaluate ourselves on a rubric we see well in advance. Then we have a meeting with our evaluator (either the P or the AP) and talk about it. They have always agreed with what I've said--I don't know what the procedure would be if they disagreed with the teacher. I really don't know what would happen if you thought you were great and they thought you were horrible.

We also bring in artifacts that show different traits on the rubric, like differentiation, parent communication, etc.
