Once our school year is over (tomorrow!), I'll ask my husband how he does it and get back to you. I don't dare ask right now - he's been at school until almost 10 p.m. the last two nights doing certificates and 8th grade graduation certificates. I do know that it's a bit complicated, but I'm sure a techie can figure it out.
