I found this on a fortune cookie back in October, and I've had it tacked up on my bulletin board ever since!

"One learns most from teaching others."

I just finished my first year of teaching and at the time I got this fortune cookie, I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed and unsure if I had chosen the right path for myself. I stuck with it and learned more this year than I ever have in my whole life. I think I was meant to get this fortune cookie message :D
