thank you all, one more question

Your answers are great and so honest. I appreciate everyone's help with this project. I've been subbing for about 8 months now and I have been visiting proteacher for about that long also. After searching high and low for| my research and to improve my role professionally, I've come up empty handed trying to find something subs can realistically use. During the course of my research, I realized that my project can really help people because I am trying to answer the one question every single sub asks on a daily basis: "what do I do in this situation"? Now, I realize that no two situations maybe exactly | |
alike. However, two people may very well have similar experiences. One person's advice may very well help another person in need of guidance. So I ask you the following questions:1. Describe one of your horror stories. How did you handle the problem?
2. In retrospect, how would you handle that same problem now? Thanks again,
