Changing grade levels By linda2671

If you are thinking about changing, it's probably a good time to do it. I'm changing grade levels this year. I've taught first grade for 15 years. A few years ago, I was asked to move to third. I really didn't want to. It

ended up that I didn't have to. This year, I asked to move to third. Part of the reason had to do with my first grade team. We used to get along much better than we do now. Now, everything is a struggle. I decided I want to try a different grade level to get away from the bickering on our grade level. Even if the new grade level bickers, at least it's new bickering.:p I hope you make

the right decision. I'm excited about teaching a different grade level next year. My new teammates are excited about working with me, and vice versa. It's definitely time for a change.
