Thank you for your response. We have a training program here too, but it sure doesn't work. We never even touched on classroom management, the biggest area of concern for all of us. It isn't required here though. Our incentive is if we do complete it and the follow up a couple months later, we get a raise. Then again we also have to pay for the class.
