Thank you, Shawn. I liked your comment about how other subs do it. I've often wondered that myself. How can some subs command attention, when many others can't. You're lucky you can send your kids out in the hall. Can't do that here. The schools are just to big and not enough hall monitors. My kids would simply (it's happened) run down the hall, down the stairs, out to the field, up over the fence and away they'd go!
