I think mine are similar to others - and I don't have one for each student each week - we rotate every week:

*zookeeper (I have hermit crabs)
*recess equipment
*door holder
*paper passer
*collector
*messenger
*pencils (sharpens)
*AV technician (turns off lights, turns on computers daily)
*numbers (adds to calender and 2 kids to sit in library to read)
