Just keep doing what you normally do. Trust me, they will both have their hands full. It is also possible there will be a debriefing where the outgoing admin. will fill in the incoming admin. regarding staff.

It may take a year or two to figure out how things are to be done. Our new admin. (we're figuring out after 2 years) doesn't like suggestions from staff on how to improve things around the building. Feels it's not our place so we are all now shutting up and watching things crumble. Probably feels it's undermining her authority or seems like she can't handle things. Our previous admin. didn't mind when we saw something that needed changing and had a reasonable solution.
