Fingerprinting
By Leigh

Clip to ScrapBook
Ok- my experience with fingerprinting in Orange County was very different. I went to the Orange County Department of Education and applied for a 30 day substitute permit- easy, all you do is go in and show your undergrad transcript and original CBEST card. I was then fingerprinted by something called 'LiveScan', and my background check was completed in 3 days. 'LiveScan' is great. Check the County Office of Ed re: getting a permit. That might be easier than going through a school district. - Leigh
P.S. The cost was only $44 for the LiveScan, $55 for the permit.
