Your theme sounds cute. I know that I saw materials to go with a cooking theme in one of my teacher catalogs. I think it was Really Good Stuff but it could have been another one. Someone on this board will know I am sure.
We have a really good time using a menu and play money when we play Varsity in my 4th grade math class. The Varsity gives away those paper hats to children so this is a free activity. To add more fun we go online to The Varsity website and learn all about it before we make our menus.
Sort of like having art, drama, technology, math, reading, social studies and cooperation, etc. all in one lesson. :)
