I have checked out both of those sites. There is lots of information there to filter through. There is a forum on one of these sites, but not a lot of traffic, it seems. RTI did come about because of IDEA legislation being revised. It seems we are all at different places with RTI. My school has research based interventions in place and a method for identifying students at most grade levels. Weekly documentation is required, but methods are unclear at my school.
There is another site called RTI_Wire. There is a PPT which outlines implementation of RTI in a school. There are similarities and differences when compared to implementation at my school.
