new administrator

We are getting a new Head Administrator next year also. I am very excited because he seems like someone whom I will like a lot, based on the few hours that I got to hear him speak. BUT, I am nervous too! Change can be scary!! We desperately needed a change in administration at our school and major policy changes are needed......but just change the things I feel are problems, and leave what I like alone, will ya?!?;) Just kidding (I think!)...LOL
I have no advice as I'm in the same boat, but good luck!
