We also had a new Principal and AP this year. I was so glad to see the former admin leave. Our new ones have been fantastic to our staff and to the whole building. Ours had meetings with each member before school and then twice during the year. I was just doing my best to teach and be a team member this year and it really was successful. I felt comfortable going to them for advice (I'm also a third year teacher) about situations and they were great about helping me without making me feel stupid. I would just be yourself and let them learn about you and what you do well (like the previous poster). Good luck.
