Clip to ScrapBook
I just read this idea on PT recently...

I gave my parent volunteers a fun 500 piece puzzle. I included in the card some research that I printed on a benefits of puzzles for developing "brain power" and strenthening family bonds. I also put something in the card about how much I appreciated the way that their time spent volunteering helped me to "keep it all together" or "put the pieces together" or something like that.

Or...

You could get them some nice gourmet mint/chocolate cookies and a card about how much their time has "mint" to you. If you wanted to get more extravagant, you could include more "mint" stuff: essential oils, minty lip gloss, room spray, prepacked mint Starbucks frappuccino, etc.
