I just type the verses and let blanks for the adjectives. Sorry I can't post a copy, but I did it so long ago that I don't have a word processed copy.

Puff the __________ dragon. Lived by the sea. And frolicked in the __________ mist in a land called Honahlee. __________ Jackie Paper loved that __________ Puff, etc.

I also give the students copies of greeting cards and have them find all of the adjectives. They then design new cards for fake holidays such as National Doughnut Day and Kiss YOur Parents Good Morning Day.
